About the Painting: Very good condition; original frame.

About the Artist: Fredrick W. Weber was born in Philadelphia in 1890. He studied at Temple and Drexel University with Earl Horter and Paul Martell, and was associated with and influenced by the New Hope / Bucks County School of impressionist painting. Weber exhibited at the PAFA, the Woodmere Gallery, and had a solo exhibition at the University of Puerto Rico. His work is found in the Franklin Institute, and the artist is listed in Who Was Who, and Davenports.
