  • "Bertram's Barn," etching, pencil signed l/r, inscribed l/r, 9.25" x 11.75" plate.

Condition: Very good - moderate paper toning consistent with age.

Biography: Etcher and aquatinter of architectural subjects. Born at Halstead in Essex on 29th September 1866. Exhibited at the R.A., S.G.A. Principal works include The Three Decker, The Tithe Barn, The Wheelwright and Via Capitolo. Lived at Clacton-on-Sea in Essex.. - from Dictionary of British Artists Working 1900-1950.
