About the Etching: Very good condition.

About the Artist: Blondel was a "School of Paris" painter, known primarily for his Paris street scenes executed during the middle of the 20th Century. Painted with a colorful pallet, in an impressionistic style, his work evokes the warm sunshine and bustle of a Parisian summer. He was obviously very prolific, as his work appears regularly in auctions and galleries all over the world.
